The first episode takes us back a decade and brings to light images that had long been forgotten – yet they laid the foundation for everything that exists today. The story begins in 2016, when Ralph Näf ended his racing career and took over as team manager at the former Stöckli team. That’s where his collaboration with Alessandra Keller and Mathias Flückiger began. The motto back then: “We have adream.”
Together with Walter Reusser, Thömu Binggeli, Bruno Diethelm, Ralph Näf, Alessandra Keller and Mathias Flückiger, this episode goes back to the roots of success – to the moment where an idea became a real project.
The episode powerfully illustrates how a fully Swiss team – with Swiss athletes, Swiss staff and Swiss partners – worked its way from underdog status to the top of the world. And it reveals what lies beneath the surface: belief, unity and ashared mindset.
«Roots.Devotion. Heart.» is more than just a look back. It’s a story of devotion, identity and passion – and a testament to the values that continue to unite this team nearly a decade later.
The beginning of a series that shows: in sport, more matters than results. It’s about authenticity, trust – and the strength of a shared vision.
